This policy explains what Apex Tracking collects, why, and what happens to it. It covers this website and the Apex Tracking iOS app.

What we collect

• Account details — your name and email address, given when you sign up.
• Subscription status — whether your subscription is active, past due or cancelled, and identifiers linking your account to Stripe.
• Optional survey answer — what you train for, if you chose to tell us.

What we do not collect

• Payment details. Card numbers are entered directly into Stripe's checkout and never pass through our systems.
• Your training and health data. Sessions you log and data read from Apple Health stay on your device. We do not upload, store or have any access to them.

Health data and Apple Health

With your explicit permission, the app reads data from Apple Health. This access is read-only — the app never writes to or modifies your Health data. Health data read by the app is used solely to display information back to you within the app. It is not transmitted off your device, is not used for advertising, and is not shared with third parties. You can withdraw this permission at any time in iOS Settings.

How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Give you access to beta builds and manage your subscription
• Contact you about the service, billing, and beta releases
• Respond when you get in touch

We do not sell your information and we do not run advertising.

Who we share it with

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and the database holding account records.
• Apple — TestFlight distribution of beta builds.

How long we keep it

Account records are kept while your subscription is active and for [PERIOD] after it ends. Financial records are retained for as long as Australian tax law requires, currently five years.

Your rights

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe sets cookies on its own checkout pages, governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
